The 27th International Conference on Physical Education and Sports, organized by the Northern Greece Gymnasts Association and held in Thessaloniki (Greece), featured an interesting presentation by Mr. Giannis Tsiaras, project manager from Tero PC, regarding the innovative Project IPR-A.
Mr. Tsiaras’s presentation provided a detailed analysis of the project, including its objectives, methodology, and expected outcomes. Emphasis was placed on addressing current challenges and needs to encourage athletes’ dual career paths.
At the heart of the presentation was a detailed examination of the project’s subject matter, highlighting the importance of supporting athletes in overcoming the challenges they face within the context of dual careers.
Mr. Tsiaras described the implementation strategy of Project IPR-A, focusing on key initiatives and the project’s main goal, which is to encourage athletes’ dual career paths, both during and after their engagement with sports.
