Sport Evolution Alliance Hosts “Train-the-Trainers” Seminar in Cascais, Portugal
On November 28, the Sport Evolution Alliance hosted an inspiring “Train-the-Trainers” seminar in Cascais, Portugal. The event, organized as part of the European project “IPR-A”, brought together eight trainers from diverse sports backgrounds, fostering knowledge exchange and professional development.
The seminar welcomed trainers at various career stages, from young athletes balancing their own sports careers with coaching responsibilities to experienced professionals working with high-level competitors. A key focus of the event was the dual career pathway in sports, emphasizing strategies to help athletes successfully combine their academic education with athletic progression.
Through engaging discussions, collaborative activities, and expert insights, the seminar reinforced the importance of supporting athletes both on and off the field, ensuring they have the necessary tools to achieve success in multiple aspects of their careers.
