Evolving Intellectual Property Rights Skills for Athletes

Train-the-Trainers Seminar, Cyprus

Train-the-Trainers Seminar for IPR-A Successfully Held in Cyprus

On 12th November, 2024, Inquirium successfully delivered a “Train the Trainer” seminar as part of the IPR-A project, bringing together six academic instructors to enhance their expertise in intellectual property rights for athletes. The seminar aimed to equip educators with the necessary tools to effectively teach and support athletes in understanding and managing their intellectual property. Through engaging discussions, the session provided valuable insights into best practices and strategies for integrating intellectual property education into sports-related academic curricula.

The seminar also featured an overview of the curriculum and an in-depth exploration of the online repository developed as part of the IPR-A project. These resources are designed to facilitate learning and ensure accessibility for both educators and athletes. By successfully conducting this training, Inquirium continues to strengthen the knowledge base within the academic community, reinforcing the importance of intellectual property rights in the sports sector.
